Eco Time Technology was founded in 1991 and has established a strong presence nationally with operations in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban. Today Eco Time Technology is the premier supplier of Computerised Clocking Systems in the South African Time and Attendance market.

Our core field of expertise is to equip our clients with the ability to prohibit unauthorised access to their premises, and to monitor the time and attendance of their employees and visitors on site.

Eco Time Technology forms part of the Maynards Group which was established in 1922.

What we do

Eco Time Technology’s activities cover the marketing, distribution and support of its Time Management Solutions throughout Southern Africa and abroad. Our products have been developed to offer a range of integrated Time & Attendance and Access Control solutions.

Additionally a Guard Monitoring product has been developed to address this need in the Security industry. Our core field of expertise is to equip our clients with the ability to prohibit unauthorised access to their premises, and to monitor the time and attendance of their employees and visitors on site.

As a company that is Proudly South African, all of our products are developed and manufactured locally in South Africa. This provides four significant advantages : Firstly, our products are designed and built to last; they have to be durable to withstand the rigours of the harshest climate and the industrial uses which they serve. Secondly, our involvement in Joint Ventures for the local development of the products allows us control over our destiny and ensures that these products meet the needs of users in Southern Africa.

Thirdly our input to the local R & D effort allows us the flexibility to effect changes and improvements, and customise solutions for specific client needs, with a minimum turnaround time. Lastly, our in house product knowledge allows Eco Time Technology to offer a top level service, not only in the installation of new client systems, but also by controlling the quality in the manufacturing process, hands on training in the system’s use, and sustainable support and maintenance of our clients, directly.
