Agreement
Welcome to EcoShop. Eco Time Technology and its affiliates (suppliers and service providers) provide their products and services to you subject to the conditions detailed in this agreement. By using the EcoShop website and/or registering to shop on EcoShop you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the terms and conditions governing the conduct of parties accessing or using the EcoShop website to trade and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Should you not agree to the terms and conditions stipulated you may not use the EcoShop website.
Terms of Use of EcoShop
Eco Time Technology grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the EcoShop website. You are not allowed to modify (other than page catching) the website or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Eco Time Technology.

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Eco Time Technology and our affiliates without prior written consent.
You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the EcoShop name or trademarks without the prior written consent of Eco Time Technology. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Eco Time Technology.
Eco Time Technology may provide links from the EcoShop website to other websites which may offer services to you. Eco Time Technology is not responsible for evaluating the content or offerings made on these websites. Eco Time Technology does not endorse or warrant the offerings of any of the businesses or individuals, nor is it responsible for the content of the websites to which links may be provided, or that of any third party websites, which may be accessed through these linked websites. No liability will be attributed to Eco Time Technology for any dealings with any other websites accessed through links provided by EcoShop and you are solely responsible for assessing the terms and conditions and privacy provisions of any of these websites.

ECO TIME TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ECOSHOP WEBSITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM ECOSHOP ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM ECOSHOP ARE MADE PURSUANT TO AGREEMENTS WITH SHIPPING AND DELIVERY AGENTS AND RISK OF LOSS PASS FROM ECOSHOP TO SUCH AGENTS UPON DELIVERY OF ANY ITEM TO SUCH CARRIER. NEITHER ECO TIME TECHNOLOGY NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY OF WHATSOEVER NATURE ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THIS WEB SITE.
AMENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eco Time Technology may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Advertising and Printed Material
While Eco Time Technology makes every possible effort to ensure that all product information and pricing in any form of communication material is factually correct at the time of communicating it to the public, Eco Time Technology cannot be held responsible if any factual errors occur. Please check pricing and specifications on the EcoShop website for any changes. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices exclude delivery costs. E&OE
GOVERNING LAW
This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.
SECURITY
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Eco Time Technology suffers any damage or loss.
DISPUTES
In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, and not resolved through the Customer Relations Department of EcoShop, then such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Cape Town in English.
