Key responsibilities & duties

Client service; Software Support; Onsite Support; In-house support via telephone and remote desktop sessions; Software configuration and cusomization; Client Software Training


Academic Requirements:

Grade 12 with at least 50% in Mathematics; Minimum of 2 years IT Support/Client service experience


Work experience and skills

Excellent interpersonal & communciation skills; Accuracy and Attention to detail; Strong technical & problem solving skills; The ability to work on own initiative; Friendly, organised and neat; Previous exposure to TIme & Attendance/Access Control/IT/CCTV will be beneficial; Programming knowlege will be beneficial; Aptitude in problem-solving and needs analysis; Team Player
